The Delicata Properties group consists of a number of companies involved in a wide range of property activities.
We purchase investments in both the commercial and residential sectors to hold in our existing portfolio; generally we do not develop for resale.
Our property investment company was started in the early 1970's by Carmelo, Gerard and Michael Delicata. All through the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s they amassed a sizable number of houses, Hotels, Shops and Offices throughout Central London.
Since 2001 the companies have been administered by Andrew, James, David and Antoinette Delicata.
The Delicata Group continues to expand, and although we still mainly invest in London we have recently begun to invest further afield and our portfolio now includes properties in Brighton and Hove. By 2005 the Delicata Group owned and managed some 500 residential units in Central London.
